We are looking for a Freight Forwarder who will become part of our Poland Operations team. You are going to have a real impact on the Operations team, where you will look out for our carriers and at the same time expand our current network.
Your profile- Able to effectively manage challenging situations and resources
- Fast learner, who is comfortable with working in a fast pace environment
- A team player, who efficiently interacts with all levels of the organization
- Organized, and can manage different projects simultaneously
- Proven experience or education in logistics or related fields
- Fluent in English and Polish. Spanish or any additional language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Build long term relationships and manage a portfolio of our logistics partners
- Identify and onboard key partners; Manage and expand our carriers and consumers database
- Provide exceptional customer service to our carriers and customers
- Develop strong collaboration with our Barcelona branch
- Onboard customers and carriers to our Tennders platform
- Plan, prize, and allocate routes to drivers and ensure sufficient resources to fulfill fleet operation requirements.
